I just hope Nissan doesn't continue their trend of porker sports cars. the Z is fast but way to heavy. the GTR is a beast but weighs 4000lbs. time to crib some notes from the Colin Chapman playbook, Nissan.

Nissan can build some engines. Nissan can build some drivetrains. If they could just re-learn to build a lightweight body.

I said the same thing when I saw that GT-R at Hyperfest. I guess Nissan figures you'll replace the wheels first (unless you have a GT-R that is...)

Mercedes actually did this a year ago... the post is somewhere, I know it is! They used variable compression and variable vain turbo's to build an engine that could operate as a gas engine or a diesel engine. Gerr, can't find the post, but here is one of the writeups!

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

Yes, 200lbs lighter for the new 370Z and the name always denotes the displacement of the engine: 370Z LINKY
