Had them replaced at AndrewTech because they were already out for the compression test.

I've definitely seen worse, but as Will said, it looks like you were running a little lean. Did they mark which cylinders the plugs came from? Can you show us #1 and #4 for comparison?

Spark plug 4 is the only one that looks a bit baked, the others look good. It is likely that is the #4 cyclinder as it is the most likely to run lean, but on the whole, it doesn't look that bad. I don't think you have anything to be terribly worried about.

They certainly aren't fouled.
