Thanks! Just like the IPhone asks before any app gets a location, they should for network access too. Just because network access is unlimited doesn't mean that they can do this!

Every so often, I find myself completely happy with the fact that there are still simple solutions to problems that arise.
I know, hosts is an inelegant, rudimentary hack.. I'm sooo okay with that.
Much better than a crazy set of ipfw rules...on a damn telephone.
