I hate to say this, but I'm almost glad to see this. The number of people that claim they know security is astonishing, especially after talking to them. This might finally force the industry to not think that anyone with a idea of what goes across port 80 is a security expert.

I'm all for it. A necessary evil I believe. We certify doctors, mechanics, etc to perform vital functions - why not the folks who are responsible for our oh-so important packets?
