Mr. Kleen can chime in on these, he has a set.
I've installed two sets now. Some observations:
1. The welds and quality of assembly is very good. (as good as any header I've seen and I've seen plenty).
2. They require a bit of work to make them fit properly. You can't tighten the clamps before you install them and must bank them in place with a rubber hammer to get them on.
3. It's a 2 person job: One to align the passenger side and just barely put onto the studs. The other to bend and bang the driver side into place.
