Finally ordered it. Should be here tomorrow or the day after.

Had money set aside for it for a while. Should be very interesting indeed.

It's heeere.

Fired it up with GTR Evolution. I'm very impressed so far. Wheel feels great, GOBS of force feedback and very little noise from it. Pedals feel good. I'll review more later. For now, must play more!

i guess it's appropriate that i couldn't tell whether infiniti had some logitech goodies in one of their low-end cars or whether you were talking about a video game. from the subject that is.

My quick 1am review:

This thing is incredible. After some minor tweaks to hone it in to feel fully realistic this thing truly is something else. The game (GTR Evolution) is amazingly difficult and incredibly addictive. While it's not the real thing it's about as close as you can get without putting huge amounts of money into a full professional simulator. I HIGHLY recommend this wheel along with the game.

As a side note this is also a pretty good learning tool. People who don't have much racing experience but are interested in learning can really get a feel for proper racing lines and how to react. You maybe only learn 10-15% of what you could learn in a real car, but even that is a huge amount of knowledge you can gain from just a video game AND you are free to experiment safely.
