I got rid of my 2004 WRX last January, and I have (2) Potenzas unmounted with 7-8/32 of tread left on them. This was the third set of tires I put on the car (b/c whenever I blew a tire, I had enough tread wear that I needed to replace all four).

My buddy definitely needs these, his tires are on the virge of death. Let me tell him about them and see if he can go pick them up, that is as long as you still have the tires!

They're still available, but if his tires are beat he really needs all 4. I have these 2 b/c I had the previous set of 4 for 6-9 months when I blew a tire. Too much wear to replace just one, so I replaced all four and kept the two best in case I blew a single out again, I'd have some extras. I put 10 tires and 2 rims on my Scooby in 3 years.

Sounds like these tires might be jinxed!
