I clipped about inch of the the wires at the very end of the two harnesses, but there is PLENTY of wire left. (Just want to be honest about that). I installed it and changed my mind to go with an aftermarket head unit. Thats why I am knocking the price down. I paid $325. Everything is included in the box.
