New injectors + limp map = CELs

Post by sirwilliam »

Just wanted to thank Julian for 1) the injectors and 2) getting them in for me.

My problem as of this morning was I turned the car to warm up and get out there "Cruise" is flashing and the "CEL" light is on.

Only thing I got to read the CELs is my AP. It says:

-P0302 (Cylinder #2 misfire detected)
-????? ( What code is that? :?: )

I will probably have to get a real OBD-2 CEL code reader to double check. I hope I don't have a bad injector

Hopefully, I can straighten this all out before my tune at Agile tomorrow afternoon. :(

Hey Will,
No problem on the help, I'm always glad to help out when I can :)

I have a feeling the misfire code is just because you are running so rich. If your injector was not working, you would definitely know it ;)

Yeah, I think it is just the map. I reset the ECU so the CEL will still probably come back. I will just make sure they work that out w/ the protune tomorrow. Thanks again, Julian.
