Apple Recalls Sony Laptop Batteries!

So who is this gonna hurt more? Apple or Sony?

CNN Article.

Apple is recalling 1.8 million battery packs for its iBook and PowerBook notebook computers because of an overheating problem, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced Thursday.

The cells in the lithium-ion batteries in the iBook G4 and PowerBook G4 computers - the only two models affected by the recall - were produced by Sony.

sony and apple are in it together.. i was recently talking to an apple employee bud of mine and apparently apple and sony are working on some contracts... i cant really tell you much more right now.. but sssh game console!? (its not offical yet... and you didnt see that)
