06 Miata MX-5

this car is the shit. I am getting one upon sale of the Evo

Highs

Torquey motor
6 speed/5 speed on club spec racer
more stable and precise than the evo
mean stance
the everything within reach
the key kicks arse

Lows

not for the tall people (i'm 6'1 and getting in is easy getting out was a lil more of a challenge)

that is all i have right now

check it out for yourself

It's okay...don't what the big deal is w/ it or the hype over it?

...JK, yeah it is a pretty sweet all around package...if it had AWD it would be perfect

As much as I hate to say it, I was not impressed with the one I drove. The body roll was aweful and it was easy for me to get tail happy (which was actually kind of fun). I need to re-evaluate someone's ride at some point

BTW, the AWD mini that is coming

I've only sat in the new model. I didn't get to drive at the Mazda event because of my stupid broken finger.

I have driven my step-dad's 2003 Special Edition and it is just an amazing car. telepathic. the SE has the Bilstein shocks and slightly better tires from the factory, and I installed a Hard Dog "double braced" roll bar. other than that it's factory and it's FUN.

thats cause you suck though jules,

i drove a sport with the bilstiens and noticed NO body roll, the evo has body roll the miata took an off ramp at near triple digits with no roll and lil understeer

Hey, as I said, I'd be more than willing to try again

I believe this was a 99, but the guy had done alot of suspension work to it (It's Saint_foo's Miata for those that know him). Bring that sport by here and I'll take it for a drive!!!!
