FS: 1986 rx7 with 33 original miles

Post by gsx-lex »

Ok guys, heres the scoop. I bought his in November of 2005. It is a 1986 mazda rx-7 with 33k ORIGINAL MILES (32,684 as of this morning when I drove it to work). It is a GXL model which means you get the 4 piston calipers in the front, LSD rear, 5 speed manual transmission, and 5 lug hubs. It is a also a 2+2 which means it has rear seats . The interior is in near perfect condition, every switch, button, etc works. even the controls for the electronic suspension and radio eq still work. The engine bay is extremely clean. The owner before me saved every receipt for every oil change/ service done on the car (so you can beleive its the original miles) since he bought it in 1986. I still have the window sticker and original keys (which are both framed).

I purchased and installed new front tires, brake discs and pads. . Keep in mind that the car sat most of it's life so the outside does have faded paint and the driver fender has a little dent and the bottom of the fender has a rust hole about the size of a quarter ( shown in pictures).

The car is extremely reliable and I drive it to work daily. Never has given me a problem starting up and drives as if it were new.

the car is located in Maryland and my price is very firm $3k (no trades). I'm selling this to get something along the lines of an SUV.
Have turbo, will spool.

Forget about looking for a new engine, I can get a whole new car!
