Is WRC On TV This Season?

Post by WRXWagon2112 »

So I've been frantically searching the TV listings for any channel carrying the WRC race this weekend and nothing's showing up. Does anyone know if the races are even being televised in the U.S.? :!:

If by WRC you mean something involving cars other than Nascar....well.....*cries*

Although, if anyone knew of a sports bar with a kick ass satellite setup that was showing it I'd be up for an impromptu gathering. For the portions that happen when stuff isn't open I know there are some bars that will record stuff and then show it the next day. Summer's in Clarendon does that with 7 Nations rugby.

Yea, announcement was made I think last week. Teeth were gnashed. Kittens were hurt. And they still haven't changed their minds! Opening of 2006 was last weekend.

if there is any coverage on satellite, then SOMEBODY has it... I'd be down for a weekly meet to view the WRC, so long as it wasn't 11PM on Sunday night. (yeah, thanks for everything SPEED...  )

I have DirectTV, so I might still be able to get them. If that is so, I'll host the party at my place to watch it! I'll take a look through the MythTV box when I get home on Sunday to see if there are any listings :)

I've got to get my paypal account straitened out so I can drop this guy a couple bucks.

to save this guy some bandwidth I can share Monte Carlo with any that are interested. total size for all 4 episodes is 1.03 GB.

yeah, I'll bring you a blank DVD. no reason to stress this guys bandwidth any more than we have to. I would love to have a weekly meet to watch an episode or 2 of the coverage.

I'd bring beer cheese.
