Mine is about as modified as I will go. The Hypertech just tunes it a bit.
My mods are:
Turbosmart dual port bov
CP-e CAI,
CP-e Turbo inlet pipe
StreetUnit Boost Tube
It is hard enough already to get traction
I may also remove 1 or resonators:

Even the stock exhaust out flows the turbo.  All the hypertech real does is lean this pig rich motha out.  Also you can delete the 0-60 limiter and gain more TQ,  I won't be adjusting the REV settings.
