Opera Mini released for iPhone platform. Browse faster and use less data. Hope the Opera servers can keep up.

If by pinch zoom you mean toggle between regular and fixed zoom level, then yes.
But not what you are used to. According to the article that is.

it has some interesting features but is NOT a replacement for the standard Safari browser.

it's free so give it a try. you might like it better than I.
