While I understand the reason the court ruled like it did... I REALLY don't like the fact that this means COMCAST (Who luckily, don't use) will be able to traffic shape.

The unanimous ruling by the three-judge panel marks a serious setback for the FCC
they're on the take.

I completely understand why it happened.

I am disappoint.

Comcrap is the only provider available to me.
