You talking about screen refresh? It was doing 1080p/60... I didn't see anything mentioned about 120.

Here are the screen specs:
Aspect Ratio : 16:9
Display Resolution : 960(H) x 540(V)
Dynamic Contrast Ratio : > 1,000,000:1
Native Resolution : 960(H) x 540(V)

Damn, meant to mention this. Looks like the new Zune HD is OLED as well. I'm shocked that it isn't more expensive considering how much the Sony OLED screen is.

The Zune HD does have an OLED display, but it is only HD when you buy the adapter that you have to connect to pipe the HD source to a HD TV. The Zune will store HD formats and downsample the content to be displayed, but the Zune does not display HD on the OLED display.

Update: DuPont creates 50" OLED in Under 2 Minutes. toms article

This will probably be my next TV upgrade... in 5-10 years :)
