It's funny, at MAGFest earlier this year I was talking with Tommy Tallarico about how Sonic should go back to 2D because the 3D world was doing him wrong. I guess someone at Sonic Team was listening.

I appreciate what they are trying to do but i remain skeptical...
I'm one of the ones who enjoyed the 3D sonic games on Dreamcast (Adventure and Adventure 2) But well it all went a bit pear shaped after that...

I liked the Dreamcast 3d game, but outside of that, not so much.
The originals are available on Wii and I play them a lot.

i play them on wii until the theme songs get stuck in my head. usually takes a week to shake it, lol.

I bought the secret rings (one of my top ten worst game purchases ever)
And I also got the xbox title that was supposed to be more like the Dreamcast game. I never got into it because ..and I am not joking... it load times to cut scenes are 1:1. (20 second load screen: 20 second cut scene) and level load times are well over a minute to two minutes. And they like to have 2 minutes of level, a minute of cut-scene, another minute of level, and then another cut scene... So you have 5 minutes of load screens and 4 minutes of gameplay. That is inexcusable.
