Thought these two softwares were pretty cool...

http://www.dvdnextcopy.com/ (burn 10 DVDs w/ full encoding/surround to 1 blu-ray disc...as well as copy DVD movies to ipod/iphone, zune, DVD, computer HD and psp)

http://tversity.com/ (stream from PC to PS3/blackberry/etc...friend highly recommends it to me)

Tveristy works pretty well, but if you're streaming to a PS3, I HIGHLY recommend PS3 Media Server. I actually have both running on a machine at home. Tversity works great for watching/downloading things off of Youtube and the like. PS3 Media Server is the best transcoder.

I had actually just ordered this: LINKY ...prior to finding out about tversity.

It has some pretty good reviews and people seem to really like it. I grabbed it when there was an online price deal. Still not a bad price right now, though.
