I'd say check it.... that looks pretty low..
course it could just be the camera angles. Easy quick way of telling just by glancing is looking at the wheel-well gap in the front. if it's not very visibly larger than the rear it's def got suspension mods.
I like the smoked rear tails by the way!

he's on nastysock as well.
and +1 to chuckenharven's comments. the tailight mod really ties the rear together.
