Not sure if this would count as "rare" but I saw a Volvo C30 the other day with the Swedish flag painted on the roof. Found an example on Flikr:

^^ Those cars are sooo funky looking. I still can't seem to decide how I feel about them.

I didn't get my spy shot on but I was driving to the grocery store in PA when a brand new white GT-R was pulling out of a side street w/ dealer plate on. The guy was eye'ing my forester up and down, too. First one I have seen in public.

It actually belongs to one of the Pittsburgh Pirates. He services all his cars at our dealership (the Infiniti dealer that is). He has an absolutely mental supercharged G35 with something like 600hp to the wheels that amusingly enough has a nissan front and rear end. He already has one of the new GTR's on order and owns a skyline drift racing team. Dude likes skylines....

Name is Ian Snell. I don't know the first thing about major league baseball so I have no idea if that is a big name in the sport or not.

We saw a red Ferrari F430 Spyder on the Baltimore Beltway on Sunday when we were heading back into town.

The VW is sweet! My folks had a '63 VW crew cab when I was in college. A great ride for southern CA.

On the way back from the meet I spotted a yellow Dodge Viper GTS. It was pretty sweet. That is until I recognized the enormous spoiler and the front bumper that looked like a snow plow. Oh yes this was a Henessey Venom. Sweet baby Jesus. Sorry no pics.

That is funny...I just saw a Yellow Dodge Viper ACR yesterday. Very beautiful car. It was right next to me at the light but light changed before I could get my blackberry camera in time :( I have not seen one in this color and style. I think there may have been some slight exterior changes...but beautiful nonetheless.

Slightly similar to this but it looked better:

Oh and also the same day I saw some form of 90's Ferrari Testarossa w/ aftermarket wheels and dark tint (in red of course).

A dark blue 1960's Aston Martin DBS drove past while I was walking in downtown Baltimore on Sunday morning. he was too quick to get evidence of the spotting, but here's a pic from wikipedia.

Okay, I have seen 12 different Austin Martin DBs in the last two months...anyone seeing a bunch, too? Maybe they are from section 6 and trying to recruit me?

There's two Maybach's the slink around Orange County. I run into them from time to time. Well, I see them from time to time, and I'm happy not to run into them
