If you're looking for a good professional tint place in the Alexandria area, I recommend TnT Tint. They're right by Pickett and Van Dorn. They did a great job on mine and the price was right ($210 to do all side windows and the rear on my 2.5 RS).

Yeah, I probably should have posted an update when I had it done last August.
I did go to the Winners of Frederick show, got my 1/2 price discount. I think I paid like $110 for the LGT.

The owner (Lawrence) used to goto school with Julian. Just mention that you're with DCAWD and they should adjust the price accordingly.
