meh, they're such a monster company with such a monster installed codebase... i'm sure it's damn hard to get it right for everyone

That's just how IT is... I guess.

Agreed. I really don't understand why they do SP's anyway. Why not release the few things that are not brought out as Windows Updates as Windows Updates? SP's are just WU with a few updates that didn't come out as WU's.... lol, hope I'm not confusing people! I'm a die hard Dakota fan now anyway ;)

If I have to use windows, XP it is. If I have a choice, OSX all the way. I've got no love for Vista.
