If anyone's reading this who doesn't know Colin or this car, take notice. This is a really nice car. I kept telling Chuck how envious I was. UNnnnnng, is it purty. It needs a friend to drive it, and that's it. And of course, the car has the potential to be a monster, but I'm not so sure how I feel about turning that car (is it a classic already?!) into a gravel-eating, road-burning, honda-insulting monster.complacent wrote:Thanks man, I agree. It really kills me to let it go. I'm reeeeeely hoping I'm able to sell it to someone who'll truly build it up to be the car it should have been from the factory.
I have a friend in New York with an entire 2006 STI drivetrain – including the DCCD – into his. He's actually a coworker, I've been trying to come up with an excuse to fly up there and see the car.complacent wrote:Why yes, yes they do. The STi and WRX motors drop right into these cars.bludragontrboawd wrote:wait a min... dont people put sti engines in these? or something?
