Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

I took my son to Gamestop to pick up some games for his Bday and almost got the 2nd Raving Rabbids but thought maybe it was a little more complicated (and violent...but complicated takes precedence w/ a 3 yr old
) so I ended up just getting Mario Party 8 and the first Rayman's Raving Rabbids. My son loves the first RRR and cracks up w/ the cow toss, the tracing food gobbling, and running the detonating cake. He is pretty good at those. We have not been able to get passed the rabbids in the stalls that you have to smack shut before they nail you w/ a plunger to the face.
MP8 is not as good as the previous GameCube versions but haven't gotten a chance to fully explore it. Might have to pick up the GC versions and 4 GC controllers
I really can't get any games for myself b/c my son is always playing or wants to play the Wii when I am on so I can't get any super violent/complicated games...but might make an exception for the new Resident Evil game.

First Impressions
I finally opened the game yesterday and played it for a few hours. My overall feeling: it's... okay but not as fun as the first one.
One thing, right off the bat, those of you who aren't fans of the "baaaaaah" will be happy because the bunnies have been pretty much silenced. Except for some incoherent mumbles and a few pop song parodies you don't hear from the bunnies. I played the game for about 90 minutes and only heard the scream once.
On to the gameplay, the mini-games don't seem to be as well thought out this time around. The controls aren't as intuitive but what's there is good. Some of the mini games are more frustrating than fun. Plus, the humor that was in the games of the original Raving Rabbids release doesn't seem to be here.
An example of all of this would be the updated rhythm game. In the first game it was a dance challenge a la DDR, this time you play an instrument a la Guitar Hero. First, you choose the instrument you want to play (guitar, drums, etc.) and the band begins playing. You begin wagging your Wiimote and Nunchuck around following your dropping Wiimote and Nunchuck on-screen cues (see image) and not the band. This is okay but there's no audible way of telling when you make a mistake. The crowd doesn't "boo", the bunnies don't "baaah", the band doesn't skip a beat. You just get a jagged red circle above your score as opposed to a green perfect circle when you get it right.

In conclusion, whereas I described the first Raving Rabbids game as being on crack. This one is just French.
