I've used http://www.spamhole.com/ before and like it too.

For the last few years, every place that I create an account on I create a mail alias for. So for UnderDogRacing, it's udr@radiantnetworks.net. Lot's of work, but it also let's me keep track of who has sold my e-mail address. If I get SPAM on that alias, I just delete it :)

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

I've always used http://dodgeit.com/. No ads, no BS, and no sign up or login required. Just a free receive only bogus email address so I can get the activation code (for whatever site is forcing me to login) and be done with it.

I've heard that BugMeNot works for this as well. Though it appears to be blocked here at work so I can't verify that right now. :(
