is the 2004-2007 WRX/STi/XT OEM Catted Downpipe and mid pie just the same stock parts off of an 04 xt or is this somthing different

Same. OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer = stock parts = what you have on right now. But some people don't have the stock parts and want to go back or use them for inspections.
