Verizon LG enV ringtones tha free?

Post by GeneralGrievous »

Figured I jack into the computer/technology braintrust to see if theres a way to change music (ie MP3) files on my pc to ringtones for my phone. I read something about a QPC converter/translator... or should I just spend the change for a decent selection from somewhere?

I used bit-Pim a-la reccomendations from Ben. takes a bit of time to get used to and work the kinks out, but it is fun if you like learning.

For the motorola line, julian has a massive program that can really mess up the phone.

I wouldn't pay for something that should have been enabled on the phone to begin with...

bitpim is the shiznit if your phone is supported by it (most cdma phones are, and it's constantly updated to support more). just be careful and make sure to read read READ before you start messing with your phone and/or the software.

Yep :) It's the same program that the engineers use to load new firmware and such.... can do great things, both good and bad haha....

Good to see you on the boards Dave!!!

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

DOH! I should have mentioned Howard Forums. I found an answer to a Helio question there well before customer service returned my email.
