Forza 2 custom paint thread (56k no-go)

Who plays? I'm always up for a bit of a friendly challenge from DCAWD members. I'm used to playing with all assists turned off and manual transmission so I'm up for anything.

Incidentally, if you have a 360 and have not gotten this game yet... WHY NOT?

Excellent game!

Here are some pics of a 22b in my possession custom painted to match those of the great Richard Burns during Rally Monte Carlo. It's pretty damn accurate. Down to the (painted on) hood pins. Figure you subie guys might appreciate this.

You all can sort of consider this the "Forza 2 Pics Thread"

The story on this one is.. It's a present for my buddy. He's the guy with the jeep wrangler. He is an american meathead muscle-car guy who also has a hard-on for offroading. For some reason he gets endless amusement out of ricers and drifting so he always tries to do that in forza 2 with limited success. so i decided to tune up an RX-7 for the specific purpose of drifting. I figured.. eh what the hell.. i'll paint it for him.. a few hours later this was born. The hardest part was designing the PA State license plate. I had registration stickers on there but they wouldnt shrink to the size i needed so I had to just scrap them.

The front end is a bit messed up. I'll have to fix that soon. but anyways... enjoy:

If you ever see any future designs of mine on a car and you like it. Just gift whatever car that is to me and I'll slap the design on and gift it back to you! Or if you ever want me to do some sort of custom design for you I'll do it free of charge if I have time.

yeah, the RX7 isn't the best car for that vinyl group, I just slapped it on to send it back to you. same with the "bikini girl" on the other side. just using the RX7 to transport the designs.

I actually rather like it on the RX7. It needs a bit more work but it should look good when I get done with it

I'm bringing this back from the dead. Oh not really. I really suck a$$ at this whole livery thing. Are any of you guys doing replica race cars? Sorry I have no pics.

I should get back into forza 2 and do some replicas. I've been meaning to replicate the Ferrari F430GT2 race car I was in. Thing looks sweet. I was also thinking of doing a Colin McRae look-alike car as a tribute to his final races.
