He is probably best of selling used on Amazon or Ebay. Sometimes game stores will by them (Game Parlor in Chantilly is decent).

Biggest mistake of my life, selling about 1,000 Magic cards for $250. Looking back through the list, there are about 40 $20 cards, about 60 $15 cards...
