Some very cool technology... Makes me wonder if in the future, people's looks are sold and then the movie production companies will just CG the entire movie.

This scares me to be honest. Guys like me who do 3D modeling and graphic design can be put out of the job by a computer program that does it all automatically! You can pay some guy a cheap fee to move some knobs under the direction of the director and there you go. Instant special effects with CG doubles... This also could stir up the graphic design/marketing world. Instead of photomaniping people for advertisements or billboards.... someone can just create them any way they want via computer.
Don't be surprised if we see a whole new wave of 100% CG actors... but not even likeness.. We might actually be whitening the birth of a "Gorillaz" like entity. "People" who don't actually exist in real life however do exist in the mass public conscience with voices, personalities, even history and emotions.
