I'd search scoobymods.com, they tend to have plenty of write ups. Another option is to search the 2.5l forum over at NASIOC.
Outside of that, a turbo swap is a pretty common procedure that can be finished in a few hours with skilled hands and plain old hand tools. Even if you've only got one person around you who's done the process before, you'll be fine.
As far as supporting mods are concerned, the only thing you really "need" other than the bigger fuel pump is some sort of engine management system (COBB, UTEC, ECUTEK, etc.)
Although, if you're talking about a turbo swap I highly recommend an STi-sized TMIC and a turboback exhaust as well. That ought to put you right at 300hp/300tq at the wheels.
...and that is faaaast.

How about injectors? What are the new 06 WRX rated at with an upgraded pump?
When are you going to do the turbo swap? I know that all of us have a good bit of things to do.... maybe we can organize another install day
Turbo swaps go pretty easily as long as you take your time. Make sure to put a hose clamp on the bottom oil return line as it has a habit of leaking!

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

Exactly what I do.. but in a different spot There is a green connector in the passenger foot well on the right. Pull it straight down and it will disable the pump.

It's just a connector in between I thought the relay was in the same spot as all the others (in the engine compartment)
