Very little adjustment for my seat, but my passenger would have tons of adjustment.

couldn't be any more uncomfortable than the regular usdm sti seats.

www.japanparts.com has S204 struts and springs...as well as STi coilovers...but for '05+ STi's. Sorry Julian.
