Okay, so Tom from Kartboy took a 2005 XT and created his version of a FSTi. He then sold it to the drummer from "Weezer", Patrick Wilson.
If I had the money, I would be all over it:

It has a VF39 w/ STi TMIC, 6spd STi tranny, Prodrive wheels, STi Brembos, STi axles and hubs, EVERY KB piece that TOM has made for the forester plus much, much more...
