Wait a minute ... aren't you the one with the insanely high "sex quiz" score? Wouldn't that mean that "crazy" is pretty normal in your perspective? Or are you talking "throw stuff at ya, steal things, stalker-type" crazy?

No problem :) What did you think of the S2K? The people who buy them seem to like them alot. We have one of the original members who sold his STI, went to an Integra and then to a S2000. He seems to like it alot.

Decent engine, terrific tranny and good suspension...it is a pretty good deal for the money...wouldn't buy one personally but none-the-less a good car...oh and it looks good...especially w/ aftermarket bits.

Yeah couldn't make it out yesterday to HT. Had to work late then found that the seal that was SUPPOSEDLY fixed under warranty wasn't put in correctley so my tranny oil is coming out the passenger side half-shaft. I noticed a little bit of tranny fluid (factory tranny oil) on the tranny but thought maybe it was residual from the fix. So I swapped the factory oil w/ some nice BLUE Redline lightweight shock-proof gear oil...and what-do-you know...smurf blood on my tranny coming from the same spot. Never noticed a pool under the car...that is b/c it flows out slowly during highway driving, flows down, drips and flies back onto my Helix DP causing the most PLEASANT odiferous smell  from the burning tranny oil. Well hopefully they can fix it right this Friday.

Oh, that sucks! Which dealership did the work? BTW, how do you like the blue Redline? I know a couple of STI's have had problems with the Redline tranny oil, but I can't remember which one it was. I don't recall it being the blue.

I noticed an immediate difference w/ the blue and so far it is great except that it is leaking out the tranny

The S2K was nice, but I am 6'1 and 230lbs ... it'd make a nice weekend car but not a daily driver so it's off my list. I just don't think I'll ever buy a GTO... so my list is down to...

I heard that the 350Zs were having problems w/ their trannies...did they fix this problem in the newer models?

Sorry everyone, I couldn't make out Monday night. I've essentially fallen off the face of the earth. Sunday evening I came down with a high fever (over 102) and it cycled between 104 and 100 for the next four days (still have it). Only just now able to get to my computer to check my usual websites.

Now I think I have to break down and actually go to a doctor. Hopefully I can make it to the next meet.

Make sure you eat lots of protein and drink lots of gatorade and water. Fevers brake down the amino acids in muscles so you need to replenish.
