FS: 2 rooms? lol

Post by spazegun2213 »

haha, well I'm going to be renting out the two other bedrooms in my townhouse. So if anyone is looking to get out of the city (which is where you all seem to live, which is where all the good bars are, DOH!) let me know.

Price is $600 a room + utilities.

here are some pictures of the house.

Yea, when's the house warming party? Before or after the roommates move in? Do you think we can/will scare them?

thanks everyone.

it was a big step but I'm finally a homeowner (if i can continue to pay for it). As for the party, that will be later this month for sure, once I'm all moved in, and you are all invited.

As for the carpets, not one shoe, boot, etc will set foot on them now. I have a large(ish) foyer and I'll have some place for them there.

Cool pad! Plus, you have a gas stove which earns even more kudos. If and when the time comes for to buy a house that's one of the main things I absolutely have to have. I like to cook and electric stoves don't cut it.

Well with the possible future job at DGI thanks to Zak, it would mean I'd have to relocate down to the DC area sometime in the near future. How ironic would it be if I end up with Ross' STi and end up getting one of those rooms....
