Murtaya

"When you mate Subaru's blown boxer and all-wheel-drive system to a lightweight body, only good things can come of it. The P2 from Prodrive has already proven that much. But, when another British racing firm creates their own bespoke machine, the hairs on the back of our neck stand at attention.

The UK's own Adrenaline Motorsports is in the process of developing a one-ton roadster that utilizes Subie motivation to make the sprint to sixty in under three seconds. The Murtaya will come in a few different flavors, with varying trim levels and power outputs, ranging between 150 and 400 HP.

Prototypes of the Murtaya are in the process of testing and a feasibility study of importing the roadster to North America is underway. If there is any justice in the world we'll see it on this side of the pond soon." -autoblog

i have to confess... i think the P2 looks more interesting... that sort of reminds me of the bastard child of a viper and a lotus. but since the P2 will never be fully produced, man i want one.. god only knows how expensive it'll be if it hits america...

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

I was disappointed with the styling of the P2. even though this looks like a C6/Elise hybrid, I like it better.

I want a 914 with a WRX swap, but I'm wi3rd like that.

Yes, you are weird but not for that reason. :poke:

I want one, too...but w/ a 2.5L STi swap w/ 6spd. I want it either in all chrome (so I can blind people when driving in the sun) or in deep glossy black w/ glossy black wheels w/ polished/chrome lip.

the 914 Subaru swap is RWD. I don't think the 914 chassis can handle all the power an STi swap would put down. a stage 2 2.0 would put out about 290 HP, more than enough power for a 914 (and a lot cheaper than a 2.5 swap) IMHO.

Yeah, but I would make is an AWD swap.....it has to be possible...it HAS to be!!!

STi stage 0 = 300hp and quieter but is that ever enough?.
