FS VA HKS carbon ti catback ***SOLD***

Post by ian »

SOLDSOLDSOLDSOLDSOLDSOLDSOLDSOLDSOLDSOLD

Hey guys!! long time!

anyways, i've decided to sell my catback exhaust and will be running the stocker until i find something else i like. The last deciding factor of this contemplation was a ticket from an airport cop last month - I was a good 15-20 miles away from the dulles =/ I guess now i'm lookin for something a little quieter and less "aftermarket-looking"

The carbon part has a little bit of scratches from the metal bracket that holds the canister - only visible when uninstalled though. I've had it for almost a year now and everything else is in very good condition. I can have pics up if requested or I can meet wherever if you guys need to check it out.

I'm looking for $500 or best offer!

How in the hell did you get a ticket for this? I have the Subaru catback on my car, and I have a very hard time believing that it's illegal if it's a factory option. I also can't believe your HKS unit is that much bigger than ours is. Hummm. It would appear I don't have a picture of our exhaust, and the wife is at work. I shall remedy this when she brings the car home.

Is it *really* loud or something? And since it's a cat-back, it's not an emissions violation.

Code: Select all

You have: 75 millimeters
You want: inches
        * 2.9527559
        / 0.33866667
That's just less than 3 inches, dude. The *stock* STI tip is 3 inches.

its 75mm piping and 4inch tip i think or close to it. Its big and shiny. It passes emissions - hence catback - still have the cat... and no not loud at all. I think perfect pitch, just a notch or 2 above stock.

anyways, it's sold. I can get you pics still if you like or you can go to hksusa.com its in there somewhere
