I think I got ya beat.. This is what happens to a transfer case when it locks up with 400 Crank hp.

For those that dont know, those gears should not be concave (but rather convex)

I haven't vroken my tranny yet. I buy broken ones from people, fix them, and the sell them off to make money to add to the built tranny fund.

These pix are from a guy in FL that sold my the wrecked box for $175.
