United States cedes control of the internet

Apparently it all went down at an ICANN meeting last night. I'm actually pretty happy with this. In all honesty, something like this should be under the UN. It will not only be under a internationally recognized neutral body, it will also help to give more importance to the UN.

Julian, what's the UN ( eluding to the fact that the UN has as much authority as a fat kid during recess)?
