Redline Time Attack @ Summit Point Raceway, WV, August 5th-6

Post by Nikolas@Redline »

Hey everyone,

It was a pleasure meeting those of you who were at Dave & Buster's last night. And Thanks Julian, for letting me hang out with you guys and speak about our event at Summit Point.

Some of you know about our event already, but Im sure some of you dont. For those that dont know, our company, Redline Track Events LLC hosts/organizes the Redline Time Attack series. You can visit our website at www.RedlineTimeAttack.com to see more info on our series and what we have done so far this year. Time Attack events are basically time trial road racing events, but with different rules for vehicle classes as well as the actual time trial format. Most of the day is spent practicing and tuning vehicles... but two sessions are Time Attack sessions. In each Time Attack session, each competitor receives 5 laps... (1 lap to warm up, 3 hot laps, and 1 cool down lap). At the end of the day, we take each driver's fastest lap out of those 6 "hot" laps, to determine who won.

You'll see anything from daily driven Hondas, Focuses and Mustangs to wildly built BMW's, Porsches, Skylines, EVOs and Ferraris at this event. For those of you who have never been to a high level road racing event with VERY FAST cars, this will be quite an experience of sights, sounds and smells.

Spectator admission is only $15 for one day and $20 for 2-Day admission. If you want to participate in the High Performance Driving Event on Saturday, the normal entry fee is $200. But we are extending a $25 discount to DC AWD members. If you want to come out for both days, it will only cost $330, which is a $50 discount from our normal price of $380. Each paid participant also gets two free admission tickets for friends, family, crew, etc.

For those of you interested in car shows, we are also holding a car show. If you are interested in registering your car for the show, please email Dan:

Hello Nikolas,
Thanks again for coming out last night, it was a pleasure meeting you.

I will be signing up for this event, but was wondering how we go about getting our discount? Is there a special code we should enter while checking out? I can understand if you want to give it to us afterward to make sure that we bring 3 or more cars.

Thanks again for giving us the discount on the track time!
Take care,
Sabre (Julian)

Anybody from DC-AWD that wants to register, just call us, and I can take care of the registration over the phone. Our current shopping cart doesnt have an easy way for me to offer coupon codes, so I'll have to do it manually for now.

I think SpazeGun is coming... and if Julian comes, that makes 2. We only need 1 more member to register and I can offer the discount no problem. :-)

I'm only driving Sat, but we get to see the events Sunday with our Sat passes.

You can stand guard over the trailer and be our mobile pit boss.
