Well, the gold wheels will most likely be lighter, and are "genuine" Subaru, which is always a plus. How much out of pocket is the switch going to cost you?

Well, depending on how light, I may not buy them. I told the guy I would throw in $250 w/ the Tarmac2s.

I'm a fan of the Tarmak II's. but then you already knew that. the genuine Suby wheels will look hot too. it's your car, which ones do YOU like?

I like both. Just looking for a change. If the weight is not comparable or light enough, I won't get the Golds.

I may just use that money to order my maddad intermediate pipe...I do have an exhaust leak that may not pass emissions (3" flat flange doesn't mount to a 2.25" donut flange too well )

Also, decided to keep my stock XT wheels and paint them Gold. So two sets of Gold shouldn't be too bad. ...but we'll see.

Okay it is final:

Sent the guy a PM saying that I didn't want them anymore b/c they were too heavy...he sent me one at the exact same time saying that he wasn't interested anymore b/c he found out the Rotas cost less.

Now to order the new maddad pipe.
