How much? Both in price and improvement.

I got them for a steal, $826 with free shipping. As for the improvement, we'll see once I pick it up from the shop to go to the meet. But the springs are 275 lb/in up front and 230 lb/in out back, and that's a pretty good spring rate for a car that weighs 2300 lbs. Per pound of car, the rear is more stiffly sprung than the front cause the weigh bias is 62/38.
