LightWerkz
Anyone have any experience with them? Pricing, how long it took, quality of work? Thanks in advance.

i'd love to know of someone myself... been considering projector retrofits for the forester for a while now. all of the reviews i've seen on nasioc have been very solid.

I replaced my 55W headlights with a 65W kit from them. Caesar, the owner I believe, gave me the best customer service I have ever had. Not cheap, but worth the money.

Good choice putting $4,000 rims on your 1990 Honda Civic. That's like Betty White going out and getting her tits done.

Re: LightWerkz
I talked to him about cracking open the GRB tailights to rework them (clear Altezza style). He actually declined to do it b/c he had inspected them and didn't think he'd be able to do a professional job of reassembly. That tells me everything I needed to know about them; they're ethical and pro's at what they do.

I considered doing this for a while. I hear lots of good things about them but have no personal experience.complacent wrote:i'd love to know of someone myself... been considering projector retrofits for the forester for a while now. all of the reviews i've seen on nasioc have been very solid.

Even though it's a crappy car, I'm considering a few mods for the "mighty" Saturn Ion. Like HIDs. What was your experience with them?

Re: LightWerkz
I actually decided to wait on sending them the lights, until after I finish my suspension. I did pick up a no name brand HID kit from my work for $80 (I was the test to see if we could sell them at our shop) and its working much better then I expected. If you want me to see how much I can get you a set for let me know.

Re: LightWerkz
here's pics as requested:

Here's the kit

I tried to get a shot that wasn't blinding the camera but I suck at photography

Where I put the ballast on the other side its next to the battery.

Led light works a lot better bulbs, it even looks good. Just consider it as Audi to Fiat.
