so far I've put spotted cards on a blue bug-eye WRX, a silver EVO and a silver 2005 STi around my neighborhood and none of them has registered.

i've placed a few as well. no bites. the asian kid who drives a black modded legacy gt to my office actually threw the spotted card on the ground next to where he parks.
