this has never been discussed on the internet.
enterprise e would smoke a star destroyer in a matter of seconds due to its far superior lethality (phasers, quantum torpedoes, and insanely better shielding, not to mention its vastly superior maneuverability).
star destroyers have lasers, and shields that can't withstand anything more powerful than an incoming laser blast.
hell, the enterprise-b could probably take out a star destroyer.
