V-10 LFA powered Lotus Esprit - Possible

Now that Lotus has got their chassis building tightened up, the once dead Esprit is planned to make a come back debut at the Paris Auto Show.
Since Lotus uses Toyota engines already, it seems sort for natural to put 552 HP into the revival of the English super car.

Lets just hope they get their interior straightened out. From the reviews that i have read, the Evora is lacking in the fit and finish.

Those are some big shoes to fill... sort of like bringing the GT-R and NSX back!

I was just thinking about the Esprit the other day when I was watching 007 - For your eyes only.

Yeah, but this time, no fiberglass body panels.

I call shenanigans. That thing looks like a Gallardo and LF-A had a love child. I think a 14yr old got Photoshop Elements for his birthday.

Yes, this is an artists rendering.
If you can take a shot of the car before the Paris Auto Show, you can take us all out to dinner when you sell it to the auto rags.

I think it's the epitome of bad Japanese auto design. It's a collection of scoops and vents that looks like it was designed entirely by a computer. Or maybe several computers that weren't networked and therefore unable to coordinate their cold, digital efforts. There's no soul, no feeling, nothing that would make me think "
I need this more than a vacation home."
But remember: I'm the guy who said the Aston Martin One-77 was an overwrought, JC Whitney-ization of the brand's design language.
Thus ends my poor impersonation of Jezza. I blame last night's viewing of Love The Beast.
