Looks like 600GB SSD's will be out late this year/ early next year
Amazing how fast this technology is moving.

the lower power requirements and low weight make these a serious benefit. Though, the SSD I have in my 12lb Alienware is like throwing a deck chair off the Titanic...

Ya, I know what you mean about weight savings... I have a Sager that has an SSD in it... fast as snot, but it still weighs in at 18lbs.
