Conclusion
This isn’t a hard choice for us. If we want the ultimate in handling, performance and exclusivity, and are willing and able to pay for it, it’s got to be the Lotus. It’s direct-from-Colin Chapman lineage and race car-like appointments make the Exige S 260 Sport the one we’d most look forward to driving on the weekends.
Conclusion: yet another R&T "comparison" of two vastly different cars where they conclude that the overdog is the winner. :jerkit:

Odd comparison. It is interested how close some of the numbers are though.

wait until their next review! it's going to be a kia soul vs a forester xt in a towing competition.

or a silver spur vs a 3 series... for luxury car of the year.

look at the next model down Exige and its nearly the same for a LOT less, at least as it relates to lap times at VIR (which is ostensibly the raison d'etre for an Exige, right?
