I just through of a sweet way to use this as a way to make a go-cart body kit (or a tube frame body kit).
Make the cardboard body
Spray it with varnish
Lube it up
Cover it with epoxy and fiberglass (making a negative mold)
Pull it off, and re-lube the inside of the mold
Line the interior with epoxy and fiberglass
Peel out your new body kit.
Sand
Paint
Win!

That must have taken forever. And what does one exactly "do" with a life-sized paper replica car?!?
